Bookings, passes, and memberships are subject to the event details, cancellation windows, venue rules, and club communications shown at purchase and in the member portal.

Membership price changes require member approval before being applied to an active subscription.

Participants are responsible for arriving prepared, following venue safety rules, and respecting the community code of conduct.
